Programme Overview
As the world of work is undergoing an unprecedented change, so must HR managers evolve their practices. Flexible work arrangements like working from home and remote/hybrid or virtual offices are all part of the new norm. Important Dates
Methodology, Evaluation and Certification
A min attendance criteria of 70% is required to be fulfilled by participants. Passing qualification for the program will be based on (a) attendance requirement (b) mandatory number of experiential assignment submissions and (c) project submission.
Participants who successfully complete the same will be awarded a certificate of completion by XLRI. Participants who are unable to clear the evaluation criteria but have the requisite attendance will be awarded a participation certificate by XLRI.
Certificate of Completion will be awarded to all successful candidates.

About the Program
The Executive Development Programme in Labour Laws for Managers (EDPLLM) integrates the study of Labour Laws with related areas like employment relations, labour market and social policies.
