Professor M.P. Ram Mohan, a distinguished scholar at IIM Ahmedabad in the field of Strategy, holds a Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur and an MPhil from NUJS Kolkata. He teaches courses on Legal Aspects of Business, Corporate Insolvency, Business and Professional Negligence and Law in Management of Business, Markets, and Resources. His research spans Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Companies Law, Indian Contract Law, Business and Professional Negligence, Law, Strategy and Organisations and Trade Marks. With professional roles, including Chairperson for MBA Admissions and Convener for CAT, he is also an Affiliate Researcher at The Centre for Peace, Hiroshima University. Notable publications include articles in journals like The Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He has authored significant books, including the 'Handbook on Nuclear Regulatory Framework in India' and 'Nuclear Energy and Liability in South Asia.'

Dr. Manjari Singh, a distinguished Professor in HR Management at IIM Ahmedabad since 2000, stands at the intersection of technical expertise and HR specialisation. With a doctorate in HR and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, her academic journey reflects a unique blend of skills. As a John Curtin Fellow, she has significantly contributed to academia and the corporate sector. Dr. Singh's research prowess is evident, with over forty published papers in renowned international and national journals. Serving on the Editorial Board of the HR Management Review underscores her commitment to shaping scholarly discourse. Beyond her academic pursuits, she has played a pivotal role in consultancy projects for government and private sector organisations, notably contributing to major pay commissions. Dr. Singh's multifaceted role at IIM Ahmedabad includes teaching and leadership positions in Executive Education Programs, committee chairing, and board memberships, showcasing her diverse and impactful contributions to the institute and the broader professional community.

Dr. Laha has completed his Master's and Ph.D. from Indian Statistical Institute and has various research and publications to his credit. He was named '10 Most Prominent Analytics Academicians' by Analytics India Magazine in 2014. He was cited as one of the Best Business School Professors by Business Today Magazine in 2006 and Leading Business School Professor by Business India Magazine in 2012. Dr. Laha is the author of a popular book on analytics titled How to Make the Right Decision by Penguin Random House and editor of Advanced Analytics published by Springer.

Prof. Soman, an esteemed faculty member at IIM Ahmedabad, holds a Ph.D. from the University of Groningen, Netherlands. He has a robust academic background and holds an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from IIT Bombay and a BE in Production from VJTI, Bombay. His specialisation centers on operations and decision sciences. His expertise lies in researching areas such as Food Supply Chains, Advanced Planning and Scheduling in process industries, and the application of simulation for decision-making.

With an MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Prof. Roy chairs the research and publications office at IIM Ahmedabad and co-founded the Centre for Transportation and Logistics. He authored the first book on Trucking Business Management by McGraw-Hill in 2016. Notably, in 2020, he was awarded the Inside IIM Best Professor of the Year and elected as the chair of the Facility Logistic SIG, Transportation Science and Logistics INFORMS Society.
