Methodology, Evaluation and Certification

The progress of participants will be continuously assessed through quizzes, assignments, tests, and examinations. Participants must achieve a minimum score/grade, determined by the institute, to successfully complete the course.

Professor Ranjeet Nambudiri
Dr. Ranjeet Nambudiri, a Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at IIM Indore, has helped various key roles, including Dean (Administration) and Dean (Programmes). With over 25 years of industry and academic experience, he completed his Doctoral Programme at IIM Ahmedabad. Recognized globally, he was nominated for the EIU Business Professor of the Year Award 2012 and received the “Best Teacher” award at IIM Indore in 2013. His co-authored paper earned the Outstanding Research Paper award at the Emerald Literati 2023 awards.

Dr. Ranjeet’s expertise lies in high-performance work systems, change management, and organizational restructuring. He has conducted 400+ training programmes for diverse audiences and authored cases and research papers published in top international journals. His consulting interests include leadership theory, diversity and inclusion, and firm performance.
Professor Prakriti Soral
Dr. Prakriti Soral is a faculty member in the area of Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Indore. She has her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. She teaches doctoral, graduate, and executive courses. Her teaching interests include Human Resource Management and Crisis Management. Her research interests include occupational stigma, identity work, coping, performance management, and knowledge hiding. She has published in several international journals of repute. Her doctoral thesis was shortlisted for the Relevant and Responsible Research Award at the European Academy of Management (EURAM) doctoral conference, held in Winterthur, Switzerland.

What is the Attendance Criteria?

Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. Participants may take leave on account of emergencies, subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator. However, a 75% minimum attendance requirement would be considered for the final grading.
